Provides technical and administrative support to the Environmental Control Committee (ECC) and Compliance Committee; maintains construction and rule violation files, and oversees compliance with Virginia Property Owners’ Association requirements for disclosure packets. Supervises support staff and works under the supervision of the General Manager.

Performs work under the supervision of the General Manager.
