Plan Your Month November
Wednesday, November 1, 2023
LMOA staff wishes you a warm and cozy holiday season. This update will help you plan for time with your neighbors. If you are interested in clubs and committee meetings, please log into
and click on the calendar in the brown toolbar. Happy Planning!
November 1 Bathroom Winterization:
Due to the incoming cold weather, our Facilities and Operations Director, Tracy Chandler, decided to close beach bathrooms a week early. Our Maintenance Team has winterized the restrooms at Beach 2, 3, and 4. This prevents damage caused by frozen pipes and saves on costs. Ashlawn Playground, Bunker Park, Lafayette Playground, Beach 5, and the Marina will have facilities available throughout the winter. Please take this into account when you are using the beaches and parks. Finally, just a friendly reminder that pets are not allowed in our parks, and Beaches 2 and 5 can be used for pets starting December 1.
November 1 & 9 Budget Meetings:
In a working session, our Financial Director Mike Warner will present a 2024 Budget proposal to the Board on November 1 and 9 in the Fairway Clubhouse at 6 PM. The Board of Directors will consider and discuss the proposal before approval at the November Board Meeting. LMOA Members are welcome to attend.
