The Board of Directors relies on LMOA staff to carry out operations. If you have a concern, contact the staff first, we usually have a solution. In the event we are unable to solve your issue with satisfaction, we are happy to connect you with a committee, the General Manager or the Board.

NON-EMERGENCY need for police, fire, or medical, call 434-589-8211. The Fluvanna County Sheriff's Office provides dispatch services for LMPD, fire, and rescue services. Please do not call the Main Gate for emergencies, the Main Gate does not maintain a dispatch center.
