Community
About 12,000 people live at Lake Monticello - we are practically a town! Lake Monticello Owners’ Association and our business partners employ over 100 skilled professionals to ensure operations run smoothly. They work hand in hand with countless volunteers and Fluvanna County. Together we form TEAM LMOA.
Volunteerism
The Association thrives thanks to the support of valued volunteers. Our homeowners make the biggest impact by sharing their time and talents on committees, the Board of Directors, and in groups like the Lake Monticello Beautification Corps.
Event Volunteers

SGA
Lake Monticello values its partnership with the Fluvanna County High School. Members of the Student Government Association are often seen out and about completing some of their service hours at Lake Monticello. We are also finding ways to support the Career Technical Education Program. Keep an eye on our news for upcoming projects.
