Lake Monticello
At the heart of our community lies our namesake, a 352-acre scenic lake perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing. As a resident, you can enjoy five inviting beaches, each with its own character most of which are equipped with temporary boat docking, restrooms, grills, and picnic tables. You will discover your perfect spot for soaking up the sun, picnicking, launching a kayak, or taking in the peaceful views. Our Main Beach even has a volleyball net which is popular with the teens. There are walking routes at Beaches 2, 3, and Lafayette Park -just follow the painted feet on the road!

Marina
At our Marina, you will find everything you need for boating and fishing. Stop by the little shop to buy bagged ice, propane refills, live bait, kids' life jackets, boat batteries, motor oil, non-ethanol gasoline, and more. You can register your boat, tank up, arrange boat slip and kayak rack storage, charge boat batteries, or just chat with the friendly manager! This is also where you will find the boat launch ramp.
