Town Hall Meetings and Survey Results

Lake Monticello Owners’ Association invites its Members to discuss a potential dues increase proposal at the following town hall meeting:

Date: February 6, 2024
Place: Fairway Clubhouse – 51 Bunker Boulevard
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The meeting will be recorded by the Broadcast Group and aired live on YouTube and Comcast Channel 977. The following agenda is posted on lmoa.org:

1. Opening Remarks & Introduction of Panelists (Larry Henson, President)
2. Comments from Real Estate Professionals Regarding Value of Amenities
a. Long & Foster Realtors (Diane & Larry Miller)
b. Monticello Country Realtors (Iris Helfrich)
3. Summary of the Membership Survey (Marieke Henry, Director of Communications)
4. 10-Year Outlook and Inflation Summary (Rick Roth, Finance & Audit Committee Chair)
5. Member Comments/Q&A (8 PM Cutoff) (Tom Schauder, General Manager)

To help Members prepare, survey results have been posted on lmoa.org. Please log in and select BOARD SURVEY 2024 from the GOVERNANCE drop-down menu. There is still time to participate in the survey; the posted results were extracted on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, to allow Members to prepare questions for the town hall meeting. Survey comments will be available at a later date.

The main goal of the meeting is to hear comments from the community. A second town hall meeting will focus on comments from the Board of Directors. The details are:
