Clubhouses

The Ashlawn and Fairway Clubhouses are the centerpiece of the Lake Monticello community.

The Ashlawn Clubhouse has two levels.  The main level has a spacious great room and smaller meeting area, perfect for any social event or meeting. An expansive deck overlooks the lake and pool. A lower-level series of meeting rooms are suitable for exercise classes, card games, and kid-friendly events.

The Fairway Clubhouse is located at the Lake Monticello Golf Course. It contains the Pro shop, The Pub Restaurant and Bar, a large meeting room, and a lovely patio overlooking the 18th fairway.

Clubhouse usage for private events is exclusive to Lake Monticello residents in good standing only.  Rules & Rates
