ASHLAWN PARK

41 Ashlawn Blvd.

Across from the Ashlawn Clubhouse, residents enjoy a playground, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, and horseshoe pits. There is an annual membership fee to use the Ashlawn Racquet Sports Courts. Learn more about our racquet sports programs HERE.

BUNKER PARK

14 Bunker Blvd.

After a family meal at The Pub, stop by Bunker Park for a play date at the playground. A track and soccer/softball field are perfect for fun-loving athletes of all ages.

LAFAYETTE PARK

19 Lafayette Dr.

The all-inclusive playground has equipment specially designed for those with physical or cognitive limitations. Children are protected by a special surface that cushions falls and supports wheelchairs and walking aids. Other features include fencing and benches that make it easier for caregivers with limited mobility. This park also has basketball courts and racquet sports courts that are open for play without a charge.

TUFTON POND

Tufton Lake Lane

If you love fishing and you have a license, you will love our 40-acre pond. Kayaks and other non-motorized boats are welcome on the fishing pond, and a handicapped-accessible pier allows equal access for most residents and guests. Though the water quality is ideal for thriving fish habitats, it is not ideal for swimming (our main Lake is!). Please do not swim in the pond, it is not safe for you or your pet.

RESERVATIONS

Most of our parks, beaches and clubhouse spaces can be rented. Members in good standing enjoy a discounted rate. Please fill out the 2024 Booking Application Form to request a booking.

PETS & WALKING

Please do not bring your pets to any of the parks or courts. Leashed pets are welcome at Beaches 2 and 5 from December through March and on the golf course cart path outside of operation hours. The exact times for walking on the golf course cart path can be found under course conditions on the golf app. Walking routes are available marked at Beaches 2 and 3 and Lafayette Park. Just look for “Start” and the white footprints painted on the left side of the road. At the beaches, the starting point is at the top of the parking lots, and at Lafayette Park, it’s on the right side on Lafayette Drive.
